Our Team
We bring different perspectives to the table, but we’re united by a love for purposeful work, thoughtful design, and real connection.
Sonia Flores
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, License # 99350I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing therapy to adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I take an integrative approach to treatment, drawing from:
EMDR,
Brainspotting,
CBT,
psychodynamic therapy,
interpersonal therapy,
mindfulness-based therapy,
behavioral and supportive psychotherapy.
Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and thoughtful. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels safe, authentic, and tailored to each individual. Together, we work to understand patterns, process past experiences, and develop practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change. I believe therapy works best when you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences, emotions, and patterns—and to help you move toward the life you want with greater ease and self-trust.
I strive to meet clients where they are—whether they are seeking relief from distress, deeper self-understanding, or support during a challenging season of life. I offer both in-person and online therapy, providing flexibility and accessibility.

Maria Salinas Saldana
Registered Associate Clinical Social Worker, ASW #127469Supervised by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
As a first-generation Latina Associate Clinical Social Worker (she/her/ella), I bring a culturally responsive and strengths-based approach to therapy. I work with children ages 12 and older, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, or navigating significant life transitions.
My clinical background began in school-based settings, where I supported students from elementary through high school, and also includes experience in medical settings supporting individuals coping with health-related concerns and more. These experiences allow me to understand the academic, social, emotional, and health-related pressures many individuals and families face.
I utilize therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier coping strategies. I am committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and non-judgmental space through virtual therapy, allowing clients to access care in a way that feels comfortable, flexible, and supportive.
